Below we have a list of key 2023 dates and the timetable that we have.
Timetable
Here is a sample of the day in the life of a student at Sacred Heart Primary School.

| 8:15 | Gates open and student supervision begins in Courtyard |
| 8:30 | Classrooms Open and student supervision occurs in Courtyard and on the oval |
| 8:45 | School Day Begins (Any child who arrives after 8:45am is late and must come through the school office to sign in.) |
| 8:45 - 8:55 | Classroom Administration and Prayer |
| 8:55 - 10:55 | Morning Teaching Block |
| 10:55 - 11:25 | Lunch Play |
| 11:25 - 11:40 | Lunch eating time (All students are supervised by classroom teachers during the 15 minute eating time from 1:25 - 11:40.) |
| 11:40 - 1:40 | Middle Teaching Block |
| 1:40 - 2:10 | Recess (Children may eat a snack if they wish.) |
| 2:10 - 3:10 | Afternoon Session |
| 3:10 | End of the School Day |
2023 Pupil Free Days
During the year, the school has Pupil Free Days that allow for staff to engage in Professional Development as a whole group. On these days students will not attend school. In 2023 we have the following days listed as Pupil Free Days.

Our Term Dates for 2022 are outlined below.
